Cash Gifting Programs Reviews
It’s time someone gave an honest review of Cash Gifting Programs. And I’m sorry to say it’s not going to be a good one. Now, don’t get me wrong. There’s a few advantages of these programs like:
- No product inventory and overhead
- Large upfront profits
- Decent marketing systems out there to promote these programs.
There’s just one problem: There’s NO product.
Understand that there are some legitimate programs that do offer almost-all-commission on their sales. Many of these companies have all-digital products/ebooks/memberships/etc that have very little overhead. So 50-90% commissions aren’t unheard of. But at least there IS a product. And no matter what a cash-gifter says, no matter what “official looking paper” they’ll flash in front of you that declares cash-gifting is legal… just remember: no product = ponzi scheme.
Just because they think someone found a “loophole” in the system, doesn’t mean that cash gifting programs are legitimate.
What “loophole” you ask?
Well, they’ll tell you that it’s legal according to the IRS under Tax Code Title 26, Sections 2501-2504 and 2511. These codes are there to help those with large estates give some of their money (up to $12k per year) to their heirs and others to help minimize the tax burden.
Where cash gifting programs go wrong is they blatantly break a few vital parts of this law: you can’t get anything in return from the gifter, and there can be no “contract” between the 2 parties.
Where do they break this?
- Many “systems” require a certain amount to join, or consider you joining at a certain “level” and having to upgrade to qualify for larger cash gifts… Can’t Do That!!
- Many “systems” require a monthly membership fee! ie – you pay some up front, and then pay monthly dues for a training membership – which is a product, and now doesn’t fall in to the cash gifting aspect whatsoever.
- These programs avoid being called “business opportunities” because it implies a contract between the 2 parties (again, can’t do it!)
And you’ve also got to remember – these programs ALWAYS fail. There’s just no possible way to sustain them long-term.
So, my suggestion is to stay clear away from cash gifting programs – period. If you ARE looking for a legitimate business opportunity, there are PLENTY of them out there. And no matter what business you’re going to get involved with, you MUST absolutely learn marketing. This is how you can generate a virtually endless flow of prospects for your business.
